Welcome to MGM Clinics. At MGM Clinics we offer natural solutions, and we want to make it simple for everyone so they get an answer as to where the problem comes from. At MGM Clinics our aim is to get everything connecting.
We care for our patients making sure that we know who they are, spend some time with them, and our patients are passionate about what we do at MGM Clinics. We make them better and are rewarded with incredible loyalty.
Many of our patients trust us with ensuring their long term health goals. Prevention is key, but we also work quickly and aim to get acute issues dealt with as fast as we can to allow you to get back to your life.
I’m passionate about what I do for a living, which is finding a quick way to return you to full function - and seeing the incredible results my patients get. At MGM Clinics we offer natural solutions, and we want to make it simple for everyone so they get an answer as to where the problem comes from.
At MGM Clinics our aim is to get everything connecting. It is my job as a Chiropractor to work on the spine, to help the Nervous System send messages more effectively. Our Physiotherapists and Sports Massage therapists work on the muscle structure, and all of us work together towards getting the patient back to full health as quickly as possible. I’m a great believer in working with therapists from other disciplines… I see them as friends instead of competition and we see great results when Chiropractic is combined with these other disciplines.

I qualified in Sports Massage therapy in 2006 and moved to the UK from my native Spain, working as a Massage Therapist and Chiropractic Assistant before starting my own practice offering Sports Massage, while beginning my Masters’ Degree in Chiropractic.
Prior to opening my own clinic in Harlow I joined HALSA, the largest Chiropractic company in Europe. There I was able to develop my Chiropractic knowledge, patient management and education while transitioning into my own clinic full-time.
Since starting my own practise I have helped further the promotion and understanding of spinal health and Chiropractic as a preventative health tool by lecturing in schools, alongside healthcare professionals including Paramedics and Midwives.
I have a special interest in Contact Sports injuries and Biomechanical Dysfunction in Musicians and Dancers. I looked after the cast of a leading West End show at the London Palladium and I continue to have a special interest in the treatment of Dancers, Actors and Musicians. This is an area in which I can offer particular expertise, having worked as a professional Musician myself.
At my clinic in Harlow I have been looking after professional athletes, and have helped my clients to understand their own anatomy and weaknesses. By having regular treatments and following my advice most athletes increase their energy levels during training and improve their recovery time after a hard session or competition. Most recently we were proud to sponsor our client Terry Brazier, and support him towards his BAMMA World Championship win.
Over the last two years I have worked with children and teenagers, to educate them and their families in the prevention of spinal injuries. This is a real and growing danger in the digital age, which will see the necessary and inevitable growth of Chiropractic as a mainstream treatment in the UK.
We also offer regular, (and free!) educational events in the local community. These include mini-massages and talks and demonstrations on the correct use of foam rollers. Ask us for details!
My long term goals are to help change the health system as it is. There is too much competition among practitioners and when we set boundaries around what each of us do best and then work together the patient gets the best of all of us. Our patient reviews and feedback tell us we are on the right track.
I intend to be at the forefront of this movement to educate and adopt Chiropractic as a first line treatment and it will be my pleasure to help you towards good health for you and your family. I look forward to welcoming you in person, and in the meantime please take a look at our New Patients page, which will answer many questions and hopefully give you an idea of why MGM Clinics is so special.
Gracias.
I graduated from the prestigious Medical University of Silesia located in my native Poland with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
During my studies, I worked in Physiotherapy specialties across a number of clinics including muscoskeletal disorders, massage therapy, occupational therapy, strength and conditioning training and kinesiotherapy. I also worked in the Trauma and Orthopaedics Department of a hospital where I had a chance to treat patients following their surgeries.
I am truly interested in Sports Therapy, which is the most complex part of Physiotherapy. I am currently doing a diploma course in this field and with my interest in fitness training, heavy lifting and nutrition, I believe this helps me to better understand how to deal with and prevent sports injuries.
Since I've started working with MGM Clinics I've expanded my knowledge about biomechanical processes occurring in our bodies. I have also discovered a completely different approach to treatment, with a holistic approach to patient care as the primary goal.
I completed my massage training in 2012, gaining a qualification from one of the UK's leading massage and complementary therapy schools. Since joining the team at MGM clinics, I have been guided by Miguel in honing my massage skills to achieve the best results for our patients.
I’m also in my final year at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic, and I look forward to becoming fully qualified and joining MGM as one of the Chiropractors. With my experience in massage I believe it will make me an even better Chiropractor and I will be able to offer expertise in everything from tight muscles to skeletal issues.
Like a number of the team, I began as a patient of Miguel! The treatments with him were an eye opener into the benefits of both massage and Chiropractic. I have been sporty all my life, be it Football, Cricket or sessions at the Gym and coupled with 15 years as a decorator I can fully appreciate how muscle tension, bad posture and back pain feel.
I have been inspired by Miguel’s knowledge, methods and pure love for the job and found myself wanting to follow in his footsteps. I fully believe that there is always something that can be done to improve a person’s function and comfort with regards to how they feel in their own body.
Pain is not something that should be tolerated, or ignored, and many people accept it too readily. By entering into a partnership with us, they can feel understood and in safe hands. The best feeling for me is when a person feels significantly better when they leave than when they entered! It is our aim to make sure every person feels that way when they come to MGM Clinics.
Swedish Body Massage (Level 3)
Indian Head Massage (Level 3)
I was delighted to join MGM Clinics as their newest team member.
I truly believe massage plays a vital role in the injury recovery process, or preventatively for general good health. I find a lot of job satisfaction when a patient arrives in pain and leaves having been helped by myself or one of the team.
I love my job! Since qualifying in 2015 I have been particularly interested in the relaxing potential of massage, as well as deep tissue. I also offer Indian head massage, and at MGM Clinics I have already learned new techniques for helping my patients which has expanded my knowledge and experience.
Sports Massage Therapist (Level 4) and Personal Trainer
I'm currently working with Mobile MGM. We work with local businesses to treat their workforce the same day following injury, or where pain or mobility issues are interfering with their work life.
It’s an immense privilege when someone trusts you to help them on their journey towards health and fitness. I take pride in all my work. I strive to be the best I can and take a conscientious and honest approach to my treatments.
After working within the health and fitness industry as a Personal Trainer I realised I wanted to further my knowledge. I wanted to be able to answer all the questions people asked me about physical issues they had, and with the encouragement of Miguel at MGM Clinics I took the next step to become a Massage Therapist. I haven't looked back since, and working alongside such an incredible team makes me ambitious to take it even further in the future.
This has been one of the best decisions I ever made.
Sports Massage Therapist (ITEC Level 3)
Clinical Sport & Remedial Massage Therapy (BTEC Level 5)
Diploma in Massage in Pregnancy
My personal journey started at age 18 when I began full time work in an office, but the increasingly sedentary lifestyle together with poor posture resulted in my experiencing back problems very early on.
Having tried lots of other treatments to help me, I found that Sports Massage and Chiropractic adjustments were the only treatments that provided long term relief. I decided to educate myself further, and in 2015 qualified as a Sports Massage therapist.
Since then I have continued my studies and am passionate about helping people improve their pain levels and also educating our patients to understand what they can do to help themselves.
I am very excited to be working at MGM Clinics surrounded by such passionate and knowledgeable people who genuinely love what they do, and am looking forward to learning more and improving my skills further.
